CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT

All orders placed by customers are subject to acceptance of our sales conditions stated hereafter. Any variation will only be valid if specifically accepted in writing by Rossco’s . Prices are determined according to market prices on the day of ordering. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged, if applicable.

PAYMENT

You will receive an invoice with your delivery, which is considered as proof of delivery.

You can pay by either BACS or via Debit/Credit Card.

ORDERING

Online or by telephone.

DELIVERY

We deliver on Monday to Saturday. We offer a free delivery service with a minimum £10 spend.

Our deliveries are made throughout the day from the hours of 7am to 5pm

RETURN AND CLAIMS

For all orders placed, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within this time, you may still be charged.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all goods upon arrival or as soon as possible on the day of delivery.

Should there be any damages, shortages or goods that you are not satisfied with please contact us within 24 hours.

If you are due a Refund, We will either Transfer the money back to you within 48 hours or you can have a credit on your account in which you can use on your next order.
